Parental Sponsorship Program to Open on January 28th, 2019

The popular family reunification program known as the Parental Sponsorship Program will open on January 28th, 2019 this year. It will revert back to the previous first come first serve procedure via the existing Interest to Sponsor form in the order it was received. There are some updates to the program in terms of documents needed and financial requirements of the sponsor. The program will have a quota of 20,000 applications and we expect this quota to be met in the few days after the program re-opens.
